Coming soon to Google Play

Guided sessions that tell you when to squeeze, hold and relax. No account, no ads, and your training is never uploaded.

Example session: 4 rounds of Squeeze 3 s, Hold 4 s, Relax 8 s. Nothing is stored or sent.

Inside the app

Three screens do all the work.

Example
Steady's session screen: Beginner, round 1 of 8, the word Hold with 2 seconds left, and a Pause button.
One screen per session. Each step has its own vibration and a short tone, so you can follow without watching.
Example
The Steady 28 screen: four weeks of seven days, days 1 and 2 ticked, day 3 next, and days 4 to 28 locked for Pro.
Steady 28 shows today's session. Skip or repeat any day; missing a day doesn't reset it.
Example
The History screen: current streak 4 days, 14 sessions and 52 minutes all time, and an October calendar with ticked days.
History records the sessions you finish. It doesn't rate them.
