What Steady is for

For men who have decided to train their pelvic floor and want it simple and private.

  • Not sure which muscles to squeeze?

How to do it shows three plain steps and two things to avoid, then lets you try three practice squeezes before your first session.

  • No plan for what to do each day?

Steady 28 sets one short session for each of 28 days. Skip or repeat any day; missing a day doesn't reset it.

  • Rather not make an account for something this private?

There's no account and no ads, and your training is never uploaded. On your phone the app is just called Steady.

  • Tired of a paywall before the first exercise?

Days 1 to 3 of Steady 28, Beginner, Quick squeezes, the Relax set and one routine of your own are free, with no trial clock.

How it works

  1. Install Steady

Steady isn't on Google Play yet. When it is, install it and open it. There's no account, no sign-up and no login. A short how-to and a practice come first, if you want them.

  2. Follow the cues

Squeeze, Hold, Relax. Each phase has its own vibration and a short, quiet tone, so you can follow along without watching the screen.

  3. Keep a steady habit

Each session you finish is recorded on your phone. See your streak and History, and set up to three daily reminders with text you choose. They can stay quiet once you're done for the day.

Every session also has calm cues you can feel and hear, a streak counted your way (every day, by days per week, or hidden), a History calendar, an optional daily goal you set yourself, and light and dark themes. There's no account, no ads, and your training is never uploaded. See what's free and what's in Pro.

Why Steady

Made for men. Steady is a pelvic floor trainer built for men, with plain steps and timings you can follow from the first session. Steady 28 gives you one session a day for 28 days, so you always know what to do today.

Private by design. No account, no ads, and your training is never uploaded. There is no Steady server. Your training history stays on this phone: it is excluded from Android cloud backup. The app's name on your phone is just "Steady", and you write your own reminder text. You can export your sessions as a spreadsheet (CSV) or a PDF, or save a backup and restore it on another phone, for free. Each file goes only where you choose.

Calm and quiet. Cues are a vibration and a short tone, with no fanfare at the end. Sound turns off with one switch. Pocket mode plays vibration-only cues that keep time with the screen off. Optional voice cues say each step out loud, with a voice stored on your phone.

Fair about money. The free sessions are genuinely useful, not a locked demo, and your first routine is free. Steady Pro adds Steady 28 days 4 to 28, Intermediate, Advanced and Long holds, and up to 10 routines. Subscribe yearly, with a 7-day free trial if Google Play offers you one, or monthly with no trial, or pay once for lifetime. You see the price in Google Play before you pay, and you cancel in Google Play.

Steady records the sessions you finish. It doesn't rate them, and it doesn't tell you what they do for your body.
